Entry Requirements:

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with proper moral

   conduct and are in good health. Applicants must be valid foreign passport holders with an educational background equivalent to that of a Chinese high school diploma

2. Academic performance

Applicants should have outstanding academic performance. Proof should be provided through (but not limited to) the following document(s):

1. 1 High school /University (if applicable) transcripts (original

   documents and notarized copy in English or Chinese).

2. 2 Certificate of National/Regional Graduation Examination

   Matriculation Examination in its original form or as a notarized document. Texts in languages other than Chinese and English should be translated and notarized.

3. 3 Results of international standard tests(e.g. SAT/ACT/A

   Level/AP/IB/others)

4. 4 Graduation certificate and degree certificate in its original

   form. For graduating high school students, please provide pre- graduation certificates. For texts in languages other than Chinese and English, please provide notarized translated documents

5. 5. Other supporting materials.
6. For the applicants who apply for Chinese-language courses. HSK (level 4) certificate or above is required. For non-native English speakers who apply for English-language courses, a score report on the English Proficiency test is required (e.g., TOEFL/IELTS/others).
7. The applicant must be 18 years old or above (by September 1st, 2024)

For the applicants under 18, please bring the relevant supporting documents to the official registration

Note: If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;

If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents in time.

In the online application, original color scans of the following documents are required including but not limited to. If admission eligibility is granted, the original documents must be provided during the registration process. Incomplete submission of application materials will result in the rejection of the application. During the review of uploaded application materials, there may be a request for some applicants to provide the original version/notarized copies of the application materials or certification documents issued by designated accreditation authorities for further verification. Applicants must ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the provided application information and materials. 8 Recent front-facing (taken within the last three months), passport-sized electronic photo(with white background):

9 HSK Level 4 certificate obtained within the past two years;

10 Statement of financial support issued within the last two months (bank deposit should be RMB 25,000 or more);

11 Copy of the transfer certificate, existing visa, or residence permit (The visa issued by another school at the time of application, if any, shall be provided).

12Additional materials and requirements may be requested by the university if deemed necessary, including interviews;

1. The original documents required for submission must be in Chinese or English Original documents in other languages must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized. The notarized translation should be uploaded along with the original documents.
2. For applicants under 18 by September 1, 2024, a "Guardianship Notarization Certificate" is required at the time of enrollment. The guardian should be a Chinese citizen or foreigner residing in China on a long-term basis. with a stable source of income

I: Further Explanation of Documents You Need to Provide:

1. Passport
   • A clear, full-color scan of your passport information page, showing your name, passport number, expiration date, and photo.
   • Some universities may also require blank visa pages, so you are advised to upload a few blank pages as well.
2. Photo
   • A recent passport-sized ID photo (2 x 2 inches) with a plain white background.
   • Full face visible, no headwear (except for religious reasons).
   • Taken within the last 6 months.
3. Highest Degree Graduation Certificate
   • A formal graduation certificate of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree).
   • If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
4. Highest Degree Academic Transcripts
   • Formal academic transcripts of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree), covering ALL academic years, NOT just the final year.
   • If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
5. Chinese Language Proficiency Certificate For Chinese Medium Programs
   • For Bachelor’s degree programs taught in Chinese, HSK Level 4 or above with a minimum score of 180 is usually required.
   • For Master’s degree programs, HSK Level 5 with a score of 180 or above is generally required. A few universities may require HSK Level 6.
   • Higher scores and levels are preferred.
6. English Language Proficiency Certificate For English Medium Programs
   • IELTS (6.0 or above) or TOEFL iBT (90 or above) is generally preferred.
   • If you are unable to provide these test results, you may submit alternative proof, such as a Duolingo English Test score or an official English proficiency certificate issued by your previous school/university, stating that the medium of instruction was English.
   • Higher scores are preferred.
7. Non-criminal Record Certificate
   • Please note that this document is generally valid for only 6 months(Few may require 3 months). For instance, if you submit your application in March, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than September of the previous year.
   • Obtain this certificate from the local police station of your current residence, confirming that you have had no criminal record during the 6 months prior to the date of issuance.
   • If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.
   • If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated and notarized by an authorized agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
8. Physical Examination Form
   • Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
   • The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
   • Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
   • The medical results are valid for 6 months only, and few universities will require the report you did within the past 3 months.
   • Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
   • The document must be in English or Chinese.

II: If you ever studied in China, you MUST provide these extra documents:

1. A Non-objection Transfer Certificate(无异议转学证明).

   Issued by your previous Chinese university. This document should include your personal information, academic performance (including attendance), estimated graduation date, and your current university’s approval of your transfer application. It must also contain the university’s contact information (email and phone), issue date, and official stamp.

2. Scanned copies of all passport pages with entry and exit stamps for China.
3. Scanned copies of all visa pages (X1, X2, T, or others) and residence permit pages (if applicable).
4. A Recommendation Letter From Previous Chinese University.

Some universities may also request a recommendation letter from your previous university or other supporting documents.

III: If you are under 18 years old, you MUST provide these extra documents:

1. Notarized Guardian's Letter of Commitment
   • Students under 18 must find a Chinese guardian who resides in the same city as the university you are applying to, and complete the notarization process as guided in our tutorial video.
   • Upload a scanned copy of the notarized Guardian’s Letter of Commitment. This document must be certified in your home country and notarized in China.
   • Please note that a Notarization of Declaration (声明公证) issued in China is eventually required.
   • A scanned copy is acceptable at the initial stage. If the university later requires the original document or additional materials, we will inform you.
